Individual software and automation
Start with the process that takes too much work.
You do not need to know which software you need yet. Describe how you work today. We assess whether an existing product, an interface or an individual application fits.
Possible project areas
Focused additions to existing work.
These are possible project areas, rather than ready-to-order modules. Feasibility depends on the systems, access rights and data involved.
Connect existing systems
Assess whether portals, forms and specialist applications can exchange data. For example, prepare information for an overview instead of entering it twice.
Simplify recurring processes
Organise reports, approvals or responsibilities within a defined process. For example, record a request and make its next step visible.
Develop small specialist applications
An application for a specific task with agreed functions. For example, an internal portal or an overview based on existing data.
Agree ongoing care
Configuration changes, maintenance or functional checks within an explicit scope. Responsibilities and the customer’s required involvement are agreed beforehand.
Scope and collaboration
Each step has an agreed result.
Initial assessment
You describe the task. We clarify whether a product, an individual addition or another route is suitable.
Assessment and implementation
If more detail is needed, we offer a paid assessment with a defined deliverable. Implementation then follows its own offer, scope and acceptance criteria.
Operations and further work
Ongoing care and changes are agreed separately. The implementation order does not imply unlimited support or development.
What we clarify before an offer.
Which task should become easier? Who will use the solution? Which systems must remain? And who will be responsible after implementation?
Discuss a projectCare with a defined scope
Service hours, response times and duties are part of the agreement. An individual application does not automatically include round-the-clock readiness or responsibility for specialist decisions.
